The Officers and Directors of Mobile Estates Homeowners Association (MEHOA) have a fiduciary relationship with Unit Owners (Shareholders). The Board of Directors (BOD) governs Mobile Estates in accordance with (in order): the Florida Statutes Cooperative Act (Chapter 719), Articles of Incorporation, Master Occupancy Agreement, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations.
