WHAT’S NEW AND EXCITING 2024-2025

February brought Mobile Estates new stop signs and street name signs at all intersections. Our volunteers worked very hard planning, procuring and installing signs at every intersection in the entire park.

In January 2025, the clubhouse received a brand new shingle roof.

In 2024, among the most exciting updates to our Mobile Estates community are the upgrading of the pool area including new fencing and tile and extension of the pavilion area. The bocce ball court has been resurfaced also.
