The Mobile Estates Community

Overview

Mobile Estates Homeowners Association is a 55+ community located in beautiful Sarasota, Florida. We take pride in creating a friendly, safe and secure community.

We are a resident-owned corporation. (Note: homes are not available for rental.) Mobile Estates is managed by a Board of Directors who govern according to a set of Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, and Master Occupancy Agreement and Florida Statute 719 The Cooperative Act. We employ a CAM (community association manager) and maintenance personnel. Our strong volunteer base keeps our community beautiful and inviting.

We are an active community, with a full calendar of both planned and impromptu activities and events. Opportunities abound to socialize, exercise, attend concerts or sporting events, shop, explore, or volunteer. Whatever your pleasure or skill set, there is a place for you.

Mission Statement

Mobile Estates resolves to work together to provide an inclusive and supportive environment where each can enjoy an individual lifestyle with access to social and communal activities. Residents are encouraged to be active participants: to provide constructive comment to the governing board and be proactive in resolving matters of concern to all. We endeavor to be financially prudent and focus on the goal of maintaining a safe, attentive, affordable community.

Maintaining Safety and Security

As safety and security are important to us, it is reassuring to have the Sarasota Sheriff’s Office as a proactive partner in our efforts to keep our Mobile Estates community safe and secure. In addition to routine patrols and telephone communications, sheriff’s deputies work with our community through in-person presentations and online educational Zoom meetings.
