The directors are elected at the annual Shareholders Meeting held in March. Board Officers are elected by the new board members in an executive session held at the conclusion of the March Annual Meeting.
In the event of a mid-term vacancy, the Board will select a replacement candidate to fill out the term of the vacated position.
